What are Match Attax?

They are these little football (soccer) cards that you can play games with and trade them.

How did you find out about them? Our friends named Alex, Ben and Micah (not me) had some and brought them over to our house.

Who is Scott Parker?

He is a famous football (soccer) player.

Why did you put his picture and not Torres? Because Torres wasn't a Match Attax.

Note: Micah's mom accidentally bought the wrong game cards, so Torres can't go in with the Match Attax.. Thankfully, it worked out for Micah to give Emma Shae his "fake" album and he got the proper album, thanks to our friends.

Where do you buy them and how much do they cost?

They cost 50 P (which is about 80 cents) and you can get them in any small news store.

Are they hard to find? Yes, because they are very popular.

How long will you spend looking for them? About a week.

How do you get money for them? I have allowance.

How much is your allowance? 3 pounds ($4.75)

Who do you play Match Attax with? I play with my Dad.

How do you play? You have 11 players, plus 3 substitutes and a manager. One player chooses a defender, a midfielder, a forward, or a goal keeper. On the Match Attax card, you have one side that says defense and one side that says attack. You pick the highest number on defense or attack and then if you choose attack, the other player has to choose defense. If his defense number is lower than the other person's attack number, the person who chose attack gets one point. You can use your manager when the other person gets a higher number than any of your cards and it will give you a boost to your attack or defense number. Whoever has the most points wins the game.

Why is he your favorite player? Because he is basically the best football (soccer) player in the world.
