This was one of the most special moments of my life. I will never forget it. Also, it was 20 degrees below 0 and raining and windy (exaggeration). But, it was very cold.
interview with mom....
Mom: why did you want to get baptized?
Micah: so, I could show the world that I am accepting Jesus Christ into my life
Mom: Describe the baptism
Micah: Cold, symbolic, freezing, below 0, may I go on?
Mom: yes..
Micah: Anyways, it was very symbolic when I went into the water, it felt like I had died and then was taken out of death and gone to heaven.
Mom: cool. Lake baptisms are like that. Dr. Taylor baptized me 20 years ago in a lake in Texas and I felt the same way!
